The mainstays
of Hewats' Property Department are Fiona Dickson,
our Property Manageress, and her Assistant Kerri
Johnston, both of whom are based at the firm's
Castle Douglas office, but who are supported
by
other secretarial and reception staff at branch
offices. Fiona Dickson originally joined Hewats
at the age of 16, rejoining the firm fifteen
years ago, the pull of Hewats being irresistible
after
time spent working with Dunfermline Building
Society and raising a family. Kerri joined Hewats
in 1993
having had previous secretarial experience with
Dumfries & Galloway Council. Both Fiona and
Kerri have accredited qualifications in Estate
Agency work and, as well as attending to preparation
of sales particulars, deal with all aspects of
the Estate Agency including arranging viewings,
accompanied viewings, and maintaining Hewats'
Property Enquiry Database which now has over
900 records
of people actively seeking properties in South
West Scotland.
