As Scotland enters the Second of the Four Phased exit strategy out of lock-down we are pleased to announce that the Housing Market will recommence on Monday 29th June. Our office premises will remain closed at present to the public. The continued Health and Safety of our Staff and Clients remains our top priority. All viewings of properties and any face to face meetings within our office will require an appointment to be booked in advance, safety measures have been implemented following the guidance issued by the Scottish Government.

Brighouse Bay Holiday Park, one of Scotland’s most popular destinations, is set in a quiet and picturesque peninsula on the Solway Coast. It is surrounded by 1200 acres of excellent walking countryside.

The Park boasts a wide range of facilities and pursuits including an indoor pool complex with Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Gym, free course fishing on site and sea fishing from a boat, shore and rocks. There is also a Bar, Bistro and Function Room and a Pony Trekking Centre. The park also has a well stocked Grocery Shop.

For the experienced golfer, Brighouse Bay offers the opportunity to play 18 holes of golf with outstanding views across the Irish Sea. There is, however, the option to play a 9 hole par 3 course or to use the driving range.

Brighouse Bay is situated some five miles from Kirkcudbright, a picturesque historic harbour town. It has been the home to distinguished artists, of whom E. A. Hornel, Jessie M. King and Charles Oppenheimer were the most prominent, with the opportunity to visit their works. Kirkcudbright also offers a great selection of quality restaurants and cafes as well as a range of shopping facilities.
